News
June 2011 — ADEVCO finalized the sale of a one-story, 60,000-square foot call center directly off I-40 in Hickory, North Carolina. Developed by ADEVCO, the building was 100% leased at closing. The 90-day tenant build-out was completed for the current tenant, Fiserv, Inc., (NASDAQ: FISV), the leading global provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. The building was purchased for $10.65 million by The Gladstone Companies in McClean, Virginia. John Kerby of First Fidelity Companies in Atlanta represented the seller and the buyer. The deal closed 2nd quarter 2011.
March 2011 — ADEVCO delivers new digs for Coca-Cola Refreshments, Inc., the sales and operational division of The Coca-Cola Company's North American businesses. They moved into a new, 135,000-square foot space in Sanctuary Park, a premier Class A office development in Alpharetta, Ga. The newly constructed office space includes a state-of-the-art call center and functional conference center. ADEVCO served as overall project manager and directed the architectural firm, Rule Joy Trammel+Rubio, and the construction firm, Integra Construction, throughout the 8-month design and build-out process.
September 2011 — Erbe USA, the US headquarters of the German-based medical equipment firm, nearly doubled its space in Marietta, Ga. The firm expanded its Northwest Parkway location in Marietta from 18,760 square feet to 35,260 square feet adding second-story office space as well as additional warehouse space. ADEVCO served as overall project manager and directed the architectural firm, Rule Joy Trammel+Rubio, and the construction firm, Integra Construction, throughout the 9-month design and build-out process.
